Acceptance of order

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, order to appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that FILLES A PAPA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, FILLES A PAPA shall issue a credit to you. After a cancellation, you will receive an email to notify you.

Pricing policy

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices on our site are listed in Euro, US Dollar or Pounds, but charged in Euro. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is as accurate as possible, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. All prices includes 21% Belgian TVA for shipment within E.C.

Stock availability
